Do you have any pets? No. I miss my boxer, Holly.

Tell us about your experience as a resident at Spring Harbor. What made this community stand out when you were making the decision to move into a senior living community?

Spring Harbor is beautiful with its individual homes to suit every taste and loving staff to care for us. My decision to move here was a practical one, however, to have the advantage of life care no matter what my medical requirements might be. Our on-site physician, therapy department and our skilled nursing facility mean I will never have to move again. In the meantime, I enjoy a full schedule of activities and interesting, fun friends.

What are your favorite things to do at Spring Harbor and around Columbus?

I live in a villa and enjoy gardening in my backyard. I love to read and to play bridge. Over 15 years I’ve enjoyed the walking group, exercise and pool participation, trips to events local and out-of-town, many fun parties, musical programs. BBQ’s and so much more.

Tell us about some stand-out staff members that make your experience at Spring Harbor better.

Our staff members always have a smile and love to make the residents happy. Maintenance staff appear almost before we can hang up the phone; housekeepers relieve us of all effort, activity leaders provide something for everyone.
