With Independent Living, Personal Care, Memory Support and licensed Skilled Nursing all on one campus, Spring Harbor can accommodate almost anyone.

These multiple levels of care available in one community become particularly beneficial for anyone experiencing shifting needs related to assistance with daily activities or medical treatment plans. For example, if a Spring Harbor Independent Living resident undergoes surgery as part of a planned procedure, that resident may choose to temporarily move to our Skilled Nursing floor for rehabilitation. Similarly, a resident facing increased mobility issues might make a more permanent move to a Personal Care apartment at Spring Cove to receive a little extra help and get closer to dining venues and resident activities.
